Grilled single-bone pork chops charred over hot coals and finished with a brothy sauce of banana peppers, sweet red peppers, garlic, Dijon mustard, chili flakes, and fresh herbs.

  • 4 single bone pork chops about 1” thick

  • 2 red peppers

  • 2 yellow peppers

  • 1 jar pickled hot cherry peppers

  • 1 large onion
